Hey Friends! Just thought we’d make a note here to let you know we will not be around for the next three weeks. We will be out of the country on our way to Thailand, Vietnam and Laos to see where my (janelle’s) dad was born and lived. He came to the U.S. in his twenties and hasn’t had a chance to go back— until now. So Shane and I will be traveling with my mom and dad to see where he was born, where he lived and to visit a couple uncles still in Vietnam. We will be staying a week longer than my parents in Thailand where hopefully we will get to do some treking, ride an elephant, float down a river on a bamboo raft— yeah know some fun stuff like that. We are so excited for this trip and are looking forward to experiencing some fabulous new places, eating some delicious food, snapping some beautiful photos, shopping of course, taking a break after a great but long wedding season, and learning from this amazing world God has created. If you try to contact us via e-mail our friend Kathleen will be manning that and my sister will hopefully return any phone calls. Until then— we’ll be out on ADVENTURE!
