When we met Andy and Emily last year I remember them leaving the meeting and thinking to myself— they were somewhat quiet, very business like, tall and a beautiful couple. Their wedding ceremony was elegant, simple and a very formal Catholic affair— all of which still fit into my idea of this sweet couple. Well, clearly neither Shane or myself were prepared for what amazing party hosts these two really are!
