I love the reflections and thoughts you’ve put into this post! Very heartfelt and transparent! I love when a business is striving for growth and understanding of their clientele and marketplace. I think it’s healthy to take a step back and re-evaluate how things are going, that way ones vision both personally and professionally does not get lost or misplaced in the day-to-day.
