the twins are one and some summer fun : warsaw, in portrait photographer

It seems like forever since I’ve posted any photographs of our nieces…. and that’s because it has been forever.  They are now walking, laughing and developing their own little personalities.  This is one of my favorite stages—- when a baby’s little personality starts to emerge and a little person shows up on the scene.  Anna…

Onesie themed shower party for my friend Sarah!

I’ll be honest I love to plan parties. I think it goes back to college when my roommates and I loved to throw parties or actually now  that I really think of it, we only planned one real party– but it was a winter gala complete with sparkly silver and blue paper, mini quiches and…

Everything came out so great! I’m so glad to see you didn’t fulfill my prophecy of you sweating it out to pipe the onesies. BTW, Sarah just might be the cutest ever pregnant lady. She really does look like she just has a basketball under her shirt.

Meredith - March 30, 2010 - 8:02 pm

Oh my goodness! I love, love, love all of it. The next person I know that has a baby is getting a shower just like this. So creative:)

jackie - March 31, 2010 - 7:49 am

Oh Janelle…so adorable! I love all of the onesies AND the hanging onesie cookies. Do you mind if I post some of your pics (your links included, of course) on my blog? It’s too adorable not to feature!! :)

Nicole - April 2, 2010 - 12:33 pm

oh my word Janelle, you should be a party planner, too! I love it all! I wish I was having a baby shower or some kind of party!!

Nancy - April 21, 2010 - 9:47 pm

Hey Janelle,
We know the Hooley’s, all the “Merrell” girls, Erica etc!!! Such a cute, cute shower!!! I may need to talk with you about your great ideas!!! Looks like such a fun time!

Ruth - December 17, 2011 - 6:53 pm

I love the photo-booth area idea…

When you did your raindrop strings, how long were the strings?

How many strings do you think you had?

I love this idea and I am putting on a shower for my daughter in January.

Thanks

admin - January 5, 2012 - 2:59 pm

I did about 2 dozen strings of raindrops maybe more. They hung from the ceiling to the floor, so maybe about 10 feet?
