Oh how we LOVE the Embassy. It is an amazing place to have a wedding – there are so many beautiful architectural details in every place you look. They just don’t make buildings like that any more. It’s the kind of place that makes you feel cooler just by being here. Zac & Jessie really don’t need any help in the cool department, however. Zac was the man in black for their wedding day, and notice the Johnny Cash signature inked on Jessie’s foot? Both homage to the man himself, who rumor has it was a family friend. How’s that for cool? Flowers by the always wonderful Rose’s Bouquets and Aaron from Quattro Systems served up the tunes. He also gave us our new favorite song – Party Rock Anthem! We’ve been listening to it in the office non-stop, Even Ez likes it. Here’s a snippet of images to keep everyone tided over until we can get the complete galleries up and running. Congrats!

Steve & Angie – The Premiere {Fort Wayne, IN Wedding Photography}

We are pleased to present the long awaited Premiere from Steve & Angie’s wedding here in Fort Wayne. I was told recently that no one reads these things because they’re here for the images….So if a picture is worth a thousand words, and there’s a little over a hundred in the slideshow then Angie and Steve look like a million bucks! Congrats guys and we hope you love them.

Justin + Janelle {Fort Wayne, IN Wedding Photography}

It doesn’t take long to figure out that Janelle is an absolute sweetheart and that Justin is a lucky man. It seemed most of the wedding toasts centered around these two facts. The other caveat that rose to the surface was that both Janelle and Justin served as pillars for many of their friends in times of need, being there and being strong for many over the course of various relationships. It is that spirit that has served them well thus far in their love and that will continue to carry them forward together, we are sure. Justin seemed more than happy to step back and let Janelle have the spotlight on their wedding day, which is just how it should be. Congratulations again and we hope you enjoy the sneak peek!

We loved being part of Kylie and Ryan’s wedding day! Kylie did a supreme job staying calm when the day started out a little rough and by the time we arrived at the church she was cool, calm, and totally cute! She has a smile that in my opinion is contagious and she gets serious props for being the only bride we’ve ever had to climb into a tree—-we are talking on her wedding day here folks! (I was totally impressed) Anyhow they had a beautiful ceremony and a fantastic party— many congrats hope you two are enjoying the honeymoon and that your marriage is an absolute fairytale! Best wishes from the nest.

Ft. Wayne Bridal Extravaganza 2010 {ft. wayne bridal show and indiana bridal show}

We were excited to participate in the Bridal Extravaganza at the Grand Wayne Center in downtown Ft. Wayne again this year. We always enjoy getting to meet new brides and other vendors. This year we got out our old booth and it seems to have warped since last year… so my amazing hubby built us a brand new booth only 2 days before the show, and while it was a lot of work, it was well worth it. We enjoyed meeting so many of you! If you saw us there, enjoyed seeing our work, or if we could answer any questions for you please don’t hesitate to shoot us an e-mail or call for a chat! Kari Geary is a flower fashionista— or at least that’s what I think. She is so incredibly talented at putting together unexpected elements in beautiful combinations that are so interesting and fresh! We love her and her beautiful work with flowers! If you missed seeing her this weekend at the show put her on the list of vendors to consider, she and her work are fabulous!

The Bride to Be is an amazing little boutique right here in Ft. Wayne. The first time I went in the shop I went home to bemoan to my husband about how I might need to buy another wedding dress, of course I would marry him all over again, but a new dress— they have the yummiest! Two fabulous sisters Kate and Sarah, run the place. They have a great eye for picking out classic gown with a fashion forward flair, plus we love that they are located in our neck of the woods, so don’t hesitate to set up an appointment at this swank little shop– you won’t be disappointed!

A Party Apart is one of those names I’m sure you’ve heard around town. Kelly Geiser is an event planner for Party Apart and her work is beautiful. If you want something unique I wouldn’t hesitate to call Kelly. Here’s their display at this years bridal show— all that yummy candlelit glass- I love it!

Trista is one of those vendors we see over and over again. She is so sweet and always goes above and beyond on wedding days. She’s incredibly flexible and will work with you to get you just what you’re looking for. Don’t hesitate to give her a call. Here are a few of her beautiful bouquets from the bridal show!
